    Hi ryojii ,

Yes for tracking you would have to use the first one.

Try changing the form field CSS on the LP, see if the form inherits those styles.

Hi Hari, let me try iframe but my client need to check the page visit as well so No1 is only option right?

    Hi ryojii,

Try using the iFrame option for the same form and check if that changes anything for you!!

navigate to the same form, select the form hosting option > Select form page > now set it to "host it as an iFrame", Paste in the new code.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Hari

    RE: marketing form design collapse

Hi Hari, Thank you. I am doing No1. So I guess all depends on the website outside Dynamics in terms of layout and design. But the form box lines are gone at the moment so appreciate it if you know how to disable original styles created by the website.

    Thanks,

    Ryoji

    Hi ryojii ,

Are you using "Form hosting" for this one?

If yes, then there are two ways to implement this

    1. Host it as a script
choosing host as a script option, marketing form will uptake styles of the hosting website, the form becomes a part of the website layout, also the form will track clicks made on the website.

    2. Host it as an iFrame
choosing host as an iframe option, marketing form will stay isolated from the layout of the website, styles of the form will be sandboxed, also the form will not be tracking clicks made on the website.

based on the selection you might have to make necessary adjustment to either the form in dynamics or where you are hosting it.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,
    Hari
