I have several users who cannot connect and receive the below errors when using the web based version.
Other users running the mobile version on an iPad get randomly disconnected.
I have never experienced these issues.
Is there any way to find out what is happening here and get it resolved?

Since its online - you cannot get tracing enabled and see the error there also the logs.
i would suggest you to get in touch with MS as its a generic error until unless someone else here has faced the issue otherwise.
