How to remove contacts that have not responded to any email sent to them within 6 months

I want to remove all contacts that have been sent an email within the last 6 months and who have not opened or interacted ( clicked a link ) with any email sent to them within that period. 

I am not sure what the best way is to go about it. 

I created this segment  :

I am not sure if that is right, i.e. if it includes members who match the condition for any email sent in that period or for all. ( for all is needed, i.e. truly unresponsive contact ).

Also I am not sure how to bulk delete those members. I thought about exporting to xls, then importing those into a dedicated subscription list and delete them from there, but maybe there is a better way.

Any pointers in the right direction are more than welcome.

    1.You can create segments to filter contacts you need:

    2.How to delete contacts based on the segment?

    1)You can create one custom flag field on the contact.

    2)Create one on-demand workflow to update the custom flag field.

    3)Create one custom journey, set the audience as the segment that you created and add the workflow after it. 

    4)Then you can use bulk deletion to delete contacts based on the custom flag field.
