On eof the user is able to see some of the enquiries of other user as readonly. The shared summary cannot be taken out as for few month the audit was disabled. How can I remove those enquiries from the person view area.

If the person is able to view only selected records in an entity, check whether that record is Shared (clicking the Share button in the menu would show you the sharing details).
If the person is able to see all the records then you would have to find out the person's Security Role, Team membership. You can try XrmToolBox.
That's what we are not able to check the person who is able to view some of other vertical enquiries is not at all associated with those employees
