Prevent users deleting associated documents

CRM_2D00_issue.pngIn the Picture I have attached you can see the associated documents for our "account" entity (Organisation is the entity name in this case). We store documents about our customers in this area but right now anyone is able to delete from this area.

How do I go about stopping users from being able to delete these documents.

    The documents themselves are in SharePoint and CRM has no knowledge of them - it is simply providing a view into the SharePoint folder. As such any permissions on those files would need to be managed in SharePoint.

    Assuming you are using SharePoint to store your documents - 

    You may want to check the security role of the users. Remove the delete privilege for the following -

    Open the user security role > In Core Records tab - remove delete from SharePoint site and document location rows.
