Send Invoice to users via email from Dynamics 365

Hi,

We have requirement to generate Invoice through a workflow and send to respective user over email.

Please suggest the best way to do in CRM. 

a. Do I need to create a workflow?

b. How to generate PDF version of invoice?

c. Can we have some template for invoice creation?

Please help!!!

    Hi Deepak,

    I think there are other solutions available. Please check the web for CRM en document generation tools. I mentioned those because I have personal experience with them.

    These are expensive tools for us. Do we have some economical third-party tools too.

    Hi,

    you can't do this without programming or using a third party tool like DocumentsCorepack or Xperido. With these tools it's pretty easy to send out a pdf invoice through email.
