Import Data from web service and store in dynamics nav tables

Hello Everyone,
I have to get data from a web service and i have to store that data in dynamics nav 2018 table. I am not familiar how can i import data in dynamics nav without using any visual studio console app or windows service.

    You can call a WS directly from C/AL or (better) create a custom app that calls the external WS and then loads the data to NAV. to call a WS from C/AL you can use the Web Service Request Mgt" codeunit

    You are right after reading different blogs i reach at this point i have to create custom app that call the external WS. Can you share best reference similar to my task
