Committed cost in project accounting

Hi,

I created a project purchase requisition, approved it and release approved purchase requisition to become PO.

I can see that the committed cost is updated.

But when I invoice the PO in full, the PO is still in the committed cost.

Is there a hotfix for that?

Thanks.

    Hello marypeace,

Once the PO is confirmed you should the the costs as committed project costs.

    Can you test that?

If it is not immediately visible check the periodic job that is available in the project module for the creation of committed costs.

If you run this one then you should certainly get the committed costs created unless there is a problem (bug) with your system.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Mary,

Have you checked LCS for hotfixes?

I see a number of known issues around this. For example:

Otherwise, you could open a support ticket to have our engineers look at this in more detail:

    I hope that helps!
