Workflow Primary entity dropdown menu is BLANK

Hi, 

I'm running CRM online 2013. I have tried this on IE, Chrome and Firefox. 

I'm trying to build a workflow on LEADS. The first step I want to do is check condition on a Lead field. 

Once I chose "Lead" (Primary Entity) from the 1st dropdown menu, the second dropdown menu is blank. 

The only way I can get something to show in that 2nd Dropdown menu is by choosing a "related entity". Any of them will show something in the dd menu. 

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I have tried to recreate this issue on IE as well as on Chrome but I could not recreate it. It works for me as expected. I would suggest to open a support ticket as this needs to be checked over a remote session.

    After many hours on the phone with support, I was told that the fact that some fields had "Special Characters" such as $, %, &.. were not allowing the entity to be referenced.

    Deleted all special characters from filed name, display name and options and was able to reference the Lead entity.
