How to move or copy Voice of the Customer survey attachment to SharePoint

Has anyone managed to move the file that a respondent attaches to the survey to SharePoint? I see the file is stored in an Azure blob storage location (https://crmocevoc1.blob.core.windows.net) but I don't know how to access this. I'm trying to create a flow that triggers when a survey response is created. Then get the file path and retrieve the content in the azure storage blob. Then create the file in SharePoint. However, I get stuck on the connection to the Azure Blob Storage

I'm not sure if we're meant to have access to it this way. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!
