Word Templates don't open when a large batch of EFT Remittances are sent to print

Hello!

Has anyone ran into a similar issue? I am running into an issue when 900+ EFT remittances are sent to print to a word template, word does not open to display these remittances. However when sending 400 and less transactions to print to word templates it works fine. Is there a limit to how many EFT remittances can be sent to Word template at one time?

I have never heard of a limitation, but that doesn't mean we can't test it. If you have a TEST environment, try changing from the Word Template to the plain HTML format and see if your 900+ EFT's provide the HTML remittance correctly. You can also use

Resource Manager or Task Manager to see if Word is consuming all of your RAM on the higher remittance counts.
