Statement Posting Error due to kit

Hi All,

How to resolve below error while posting a statement.

While processing the state Marked, generic exception encountered in retail statement 92512006-001052 in the controller : Cannot create a record in Kit orders (RetailKitOrder). Product kit: WTB201548:K:MST, 1,00.
The record already exists.

    Like mentioned by Xusheng, you can create a support ticket for Microsoft Support.

    Thank you so much for your reply. Please note that we don't have security policies active in our environment. Secondly we did also not post any statement before kit.

    Hi Usman,

    For statement post issue, I suggest you create a new service request to Microsoft Retail support team, they will check the log and DB data and help unblock it next. hope this can help you.

    BTW, does this issue can reproduce at your DEV box? If yes, then I suggest you debug the code to find the RCA.

    Hi Usman,

    Do you have security policies active in your environment? Did you post retail statements with kits before without issues? In this table the field Name should be unique across all records.
