Customer Statement modifications

On our customer statements, GP uses description from AR invoices to populate the description for each line on the statement. I was wondering if there is a way to include location name and contract type along with the description?

you would have to go on Report writer and modify your report adding whatever fields you want :)

Hi WennSoft,

Can you send me some screenshots showing where you see "Location Name" and Contract Type"? Are these in the Project Accounting Module?

Hi WennSoft

You can use VBA with ADO to access SQL or custom RW functions using Support Debugging Tool or GP Power Tools to return the additional data to the report as a calculated field.
