
Hi,
I have been facing this issue since sometime that Dynamics CRM add-in takes long time to load which delays the Outlook load time. Each time I open Outlook, I get a pop-up saying Synchronizing CRM data.
We're using CRM Online 2016 with Outlook 2013 Professional Plus.
Here is the screenshot. Any ideas where to start looking?

I have the same question (0)Hi Gangandeep, Does the user have Multiple mailboxes? Is it on a Virtual Citrix Client? How many users is this issue efecting? Can you please share spec of machine?
