i'm trying to give only few set of security roles access to  apps in dynamics 365 . can you please help me.

i tried following the below mentioned steps but unable to the see the app in 'Apps Being Edited view", and publish the app again.

    Hi,

    Check if User security role has Read access on Model driven app entity under customisation tab ..

    i want to restrict the visibility and access of apps based on the roles.

    For instance, if user is having sale manager role, then he should be able to see 2 apps ( products and incentives) whereas

    user with salesperson should only have access and visibility to products app.

    Hi,

    Click on ... On Model driven app then manages security roles

    Now select sales manager and salesperson role for products app and only select sales manager for incentive app

    With this configuration User will only see apps based on roles under Published apps
