Consolidating Lines on Inventory Picks

We use Dynamics NAV 2017 and have intermediate warehousing switched on, where bin mandatory, require pick and require put-away are ticked in the location setup.

In the warehouse we have stock in multiple locations, for example, we may have 50 of the item in it's pick bin (where it's bin contents is ticked for fixed and default) and an overflow of 300 in a second bin (that is unticked for fixed and default).

When we create an inventory pick, the system sends the picker to the default location first, if the available qty is depleted by this pick, it adds a second line to the pick to then send the picker to the second location.

In some instances (let's say for the example above, we received a large order for 150 units), we would prefer to pick all 150 items from the second bin rather than take the 50 from default, 100 from the second bin and then need to create another movement to re-fill the 50 back in to the default bin.

How can we consolidate the lines on the pick in order to do this?  Is there an option to do the opposite of split line so that we can pick all requirement from one bin?

As far as I know, NAV can only suggest by Bin Ranking. There is no option to assign minimum or maximum quantity pick from it. You will need to customize it.
