hi I use GP 10,while adding new company through gp utilities it reach to creating company information then GP utilities crash what shall i do thank you in advance

So many possibilities here. Have you created a new company before? Exactly where in the Utilities program did it crash - what window / message was displaying.
When you got to the Confirmation window, did the Database Data Space: 50 MB and Database Log Space: 20 MB

It may be worth to check the logs under "Event Viewer".
Right click "My Computer" >> Manage >> Systems Tools >> Event Viewer.
Check the logs for Application, System etc. See if there is any meaningful error logged during the time of crash.
just windows error that "If you were in the middle of something, the information you were
working on might be lost.
