May I ask how to auto generate the following weekly view to user email every Friday evening ?

Maybe you can use power automate to achieve it.
1.Run flows on a schedule
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/run-scheduled-tasks
Create a cloud flow that performs one or more tasks (such as sending a report in email).
Once a day, an hour, or a minute.
On a date that you specify.
After a number days, hours, or minutes that you specify.
2.Extract records and send emails:
1) You can put the extracted data directly into the email
2) Or you can export Dataverse view to Excel:

then attach the file to the email:
