With a Same Street connection role (because we need to relate within)
A. You can't create a note and link it to all four opportunities.
B. Connections roles are nice. They connect to anything! Products, Opportunities, Contacts, Puppies, Grandma...
C. Goal are not made for that. They exist to monitor sales are setup goals for vendors.
D. You can but you should have everyone shown in the from.
I'd go with B or D. B makes more sense. But of course those questions are badly formulated. As Prashant showed, it's D.
