OneNote notebook is not opening from timeline dynamics 36 in opportunity entity

Hello,

I have OneNote Integrated in Dynamics (online).

Some how from Opportunity, I am not able to open OneNote from Timeline (clicked +).

I see OneNote option under timeline but when clicked it is not opening.

No error message is shown.

I tried with Accounts. It is getting opened.

Please advice
