Alternative way to filter third party lookups window, without using reject record ?

Hi Experts 

       Is there is anyway of filtering the filled scroll lookup window,without using reject record in Line fill script?kindly suggest me alternative ways of filtering !.

below window is a window of smartlist ,how can i filter this with certain criteria

    Hello,

    First question, Why you don't want to use "Reject Record" Script?

    Solution :- In this case, you have to create a new custom lookup with filtered record.

    Hi vikas gupta,

       I was trying to populate the table buffer of microsoft gp customer lookup window.There by filter the customer lookup scrolling window .

    Scrolling performance can be severely reduced if many of the records are rejected.

    The below link from David Musgrave blog helped me to achieve the desired result.
