Approvals from mobile app cannot be synced to D365 FO.

Hi there,

I tried publishing the built-in "Invoice approals" workspace to Mobile app.  Then I approved an inovice approval on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations app, but got the notification "This change is waiting to be synced". it's been 3 days, still waiting there.

I also try this in another D365 for Retail instance.  In the app, I got another notifiction "unable to perform the requested operation".

anyone tried the D365 FO's Mobile app?  how do you get the change made in app synced to D365 FO?

    Have you tried this with an android phone or a Windows 10 phone?

    dont know why.  I just deployed another Azure VM, and it works with that new D365 FO environment.

    Hi,

    I also tested this on an adroid tablet and it worked fine.

    Please ensure that you have the correct roles and that the approval workflow points to your user. If D365FO has the app published, things should work fine.

    This problem concerns not only the invoice approvals. Any updates data in the mobile application are caused by the waiting for synchronization.

    Problem solved. I created my own application to work with events, and they are successfully updated! I think that the tutorial did not have enough tables or entities, or the update could not be filled correctly. Unfortunately, in this case the mobile application behaves this way.

    I am getting the same issue "waiting to be sync".

    how you resolve the issue , can you elaborate bit more.

    we can able to perform the posting functionalities  using mobile app?
