Dear

any body tell that is there any possibility through which we can know before posting that check number has entered. means if someone posting the AP Module like JBN#132 , and in dialog box its appear that check number has not been entered

any journal in which we generate payment and use method of payment to make payment our vendors

Hi Yasir Shahzad,

If you open the method of payment setup then you will see that there is a payment control feature that says 'check number is required'.

If you tick this parameter you can ensure that postings cannot be made without the check number.
