How do I set up a deduction code for a 401k Roth deduction so that it calculates properly?  I thought using the code "Contribution" would work.  However, even though my tax codes do not have the 401k roth deduction set up as an exemption, my roth deductions are still calculating pre-tax.

I would imagine that you would use the "All Other" Deduction Type (since it is not a pre-tax deduction), check the box for "Employee Deduction", then use the Box 12 and Letter "AA" designations in the W-2 Control tab so the withholdings appear on the W-2 correctly.
