Survey Responses not visible in Power BI through Common Data Service

Dear all.

My question is regarding Customer Voice Survey Response Data in PowerBI through the Common Data Service.

I am the creator and one of the owners of one of our Customer Voice projects. One of my colleagues created a copy of one of the surveys. If I send this survey out, the responses do not show up in mfsp_questionresponses. The response is visible in mfsp_surveyresponses. This functionality does not match the description on the MS website (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/manage-projects):

Does anybody know a work around for this? Or should I recreate the survey myself to be the owner of the survey data?

I also noted that this applied to questions in existing surveys of which I was the creator and which are changed/added by another project owner. The responses to these questions do not show up.

Hi Tim,

From what I gathered from your post, if a survey is copied from a shared project, then you would not be able to see the responses to the same. The person creating/owning the project will be able to do so. You need to create the survey separately and then distribute to see the responses for the same or you can be added as one of the owners to any project that you want access to by using the share functionality.
