I installed GP2010 with sp1 and I am modiying a word template. I don't see the word add for gp in microsoft word. I checked the developer box so I could enable the developer tab, but I still don't see the add in

Does the word add in install automatically?

It is included in GP2010, irregardless of your Business Ready option.

Speaking of the Word Add-In, does anyone know for sure if it comes with the Business Ready Advanced Management or does it have to be purchased extra?

There is a separate install from the media. It is in the bottom list of selections. There is also a SP for the Word add in which can be found in Customersource/Partnersource. I had the same issue when I started playing around with it.
