I’m experiencing an issue with alerts in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations where change-based alerts are not triggering any notifications, either in the Action Center (bell icon) or email, despite correct configuration.
Here’s a summary of the issue:
Created a change-based alert on a Batches field (expiration) using the standard "Create alert rule" option.
The alert rule is enabled
The batch job for "Change-based alerts" is running, recurring every 1 minute, and has no errors in the batch history.(even deleted the old job and recreated it)
My user is a System Administrator.
There are no errors or exceptions in the batch job history.
Hello, prior to hypothesize any suggestion, can you provide us a screen shot of change rule?
Please also have a look on table EventCUD / EventInbox, using table browser, if there are any record related to Batch table.
There must be almost something in these table related to Batch to raise a the alert
