I need to know .
i JavaScript which works fine in dev instance and test instance but do not in the production.
The error is coming fields customized event. onload.
what could be the reason the same script working in dev and other environments but not in the production.
Do Microsoft changes the version without intimating to client, like from 8.2 to 9.0 , this point just for knowledge i asked.

version are also same.
May be due to any missing configuration records or hardcoded Guids

Did you actually check if version of prod is different from dev?
