Forms response in customer service

Hello Community Experts

I Created Microsoft forms pro to get the survey

I'm successfully able to send the survey via mail and submit the response

I'm not able to capture the response back to dynamics 365

Kindly guide on how to achieve that

    Hi Sumaira, you need the Forms when a Response is submitted action first, see below image, ignore the Dynamics 365 connector as it's been deprecated, this is an old one I did previously.

    Or are you trying to send out a survey after the record is created?

    Hi, you need to use Flow to update or create a record in Dynamics 365, Megans site has loads of Blogs showing how to work with Forms Pro
