Hi,
I am trying to remove any hard bounced emails from our future email marketing but cannot find settings to remove hard bounced email addresses automatically.
Has anyone got any way of doing this so it doesn't have to be a manual task of removing the email addresses out of the hard bounced emails?
Thanks!
You can find the following statement in Glossary of common insights terms (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs.
So, there is no need to remove them manually.
However, if you insist on removing them, it is recommended to create a dynamic segment to filter out the contacts who have been hard bounced with a behavior block.
Then use this segment as the Suppression segment of a customer journey.
Or for a more thorough treatment, you can refer to my answer in the following issue:
(+) Automatically remove hardbounces after sending emails - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum
Use the workflow to remove the email field of the contacts or just deactivate/ delete them.
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Nya
