Hi, a user is unable to login via navision_ remote as the keyboard is inactive.
The mouse is ok and able to copy past in the User ID field, however unable to paste in the password field.
The problem started suddenly after end of month in August. No other user
has this problem and it occurs both at home and at the office.
Any ideas??
He appears to have no keyboard issues when using Remote desktop. Could it help to reinstall the he navision_remote.rdp file?
.rdp is remote desktop so it's based on terminal service (TS). Remote desktop has also some sort of configuration as keyboard itself. This is a more systems related issue.
Hi, This looks like it could be a security setup issue. Maybe a windows update is causing it but it's not very easy to be sure. If other users have no problems, it means your server settings are fine.
What happens if you don't connect to the NAV program directly and just open Remote Desktop?
They start VPN then click on a remote_desktop shortcut with Navision_remote.rdp in the properties.
This is not my field, filling in for our IT manager but I'm more inclined to think this is a hardware issue that
only occurs via this particular link in Attain.
