Integration Manager PM Transaction

We are using GP 2013 R2 version.  We would like to use the existing PM Transaction Template in Integration Manage Tool to upload all the PM transaction data.

In the PM Transaction Template, they have 2 sources.  One is the "PM Header" and the other is "PM Distributions" .   In our Upload Excel format, we have prepared all the data that match with the fields names in PM Header.  Same as we did in "PM Distributions".  However, we clicked the "Preview our source file" in PM Distribution.  We couldn't see our source data there.  The one (PM header) seems to be fin.

Do you know how I can trouble-shooting?  I have checked "Mapping" button, it seems to be fine.

I think I know what is going on there.  I should not separated 2 files.  I have put all the files into ONE SOURCE file, the preview displays all the fields now.  Problem is resolved.

    Thanks,

    RE: Integration Manager PM Transaction

    Hi Mahmoud,

Thanks for the Youtube video.  In fact, I followed the same thing as the video does.  All the fields have been included in PM header and PM distributions. However, when I licked the "Preview the file data" in PM distribution.  All the values such as Account, Dist Type, Debit, Credit are empty (but my source files have the values in these 4 fields).

I have no idea why my values in my SOURCE file do not display in PM Distribution preview.

    Please advise

    Thanks,

    Josey

Have you checked the options for the PM transaction integration ? For each field, you should set a rule to use the data from source.
