Custom Reminder : Total of column field blank

Hi,

Does anyone know why the 'Total of column" drop down is blank when trying to add a Custom Reminder? This is for a custom smartlist I created using RM10100 with a calculated field.

I created a favorite from the custom smartlist and have tried setting a reminder both from the custom smartlist and the favorite of the custom smartlist.

Both show a blank dropdown in the "Total of column" field after I choose my Smartlist Favorite and tab down....

    Hi Chang,

                   Please check the table name "RM10100" as you mentioned. The table name is a invalid one. Check it first..

    Hi Chang,

                  If the smartlist contains all the fields are string, the "Total of column " drop down is blank. Any one of the field in the smarlist must be numeric data type then only you can see the field in the drop down. Like amount field or customer balance, these fields are numeric data type. By using the numeric field in the smartlist you can see the field in the drop down.

    Thank you, that's what it was. It looks like it works for the data type of currency but I was able to use the "number of records" instead for what I was doing.
