i am facing issues with an external hosted subscription center.
We only have the possibility to add an URL to our website to pass an iFrame, not a script. So i cannot copy the whole script for the marketing form to embed as iFrame. I can only put the highlighted URL to the external CMS.
The URL of the external webpage is a whitelisted domain in our marketing app.
When sending a customer journey to a contact, the link for subscrption page only works in a standard browser. On mobile devices and in private browsing, the subscription center does not work (the contact data like the mail adress will not be prefilled).
In the documentation of release july 2020 i read about a cookieless subscription center. Does anyone has experience with it?
How can I use this?
Can i manually add parameters to my external subscription url to get the subscription center work?
It is very urgent!
