    Hi mohammed,

For email campaigns, some steps should be suit for you.

    1. Connect Microsoft Dynamics AX to the SMTP mail server.

    2. Enter the email address of user/customer.

    3. Create/Configure a batch job.

    4. Create an e-mail group for a list of campaign targets.

    5. Distribute e-mail on campaign.

Two links are about configure system email and campaign:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-email-functionality-in-microsoft-dynamics-ax

    docs.microsoft.com/.../create-e-mail-groups

    Hi mohammed,

As the error shows, the Contact ID in target must be filled in.

Contact can be found in the path: sales and marketing > common > contacts > all contacts.

There were a lot of new features added in R3 to support such campaigns (e.g.: source codes, targets, and catalogs) I suggest start here: docs.microsoft.com/.../determine-marketing-channels.

Look at the use of tokens with Print Management.

This post will  give you a guide to the email process.

    https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/axsupport/2013/02/05/emailing-customer-invoices-from-a-batch/

As a general comment if you are mailing more than 25 or so such messages a day then your telecom provider may regard it as spam unless you have a separate contract for mass mailing.

Consider a third party add like mailchimp. click dimensions silverpop etc. For Ax I this solution is another good option to consider:  www.liaisonsc.com
