Hi,
I have to create/schedule customer journey to send same email to different contacts on the weekly basis .
I have created a segment based on the condition (condition is create date within 7 days) and which shows new contact members every week.
for eg: week 1 contact members are a1,a2,a3
week 2: b1,b2,b3,b4..contact members [but not a1,a2,a3 ; segment wont show these records]
But the email is same to all the user and i want to schedule the journey to run for 2 months on the weekly basis. Each contact will receive only one email.
Do i need to use recurrence in customer journey?
Recurrence count :1,Recurrence interval (days) : 7
or specific day weekly on email settings in the customer journey? for eg: Wednesday etc.
Appreciate your advise on this.
