Routing attachments NOT printing on production order job card

When creating a Route, I add an attachment (word file).  I can view it on the Route screen.  When I create a production order that pulls in the route, I am unable to see the attachment on the paper clip and as a result it doesn't print.  Any suggestions how get the attachment to print out with the Production Order?  Thanks
