Dynamics 365 Copilots are not showing prompt button

Hi there,
 
we have several microsoft tenants and our demo tenant is unfortunately not showing any of the prompt buttons:
 
 
and this "bug" is on each Copilot: Sales, Field Service, Customer Service and also Project Operations.
 
I dont know how to uninstall Copilot to reinstall it in hopes it might solve this issue
 
Our own live-tenant looks like this and everything is working so far:

    And you can turn off/on copilot here:

    Thank you for your feedback.
     
    Unfortunately I tried both of those options before as well, however this did not change anything.
     
    It seems like a bug for me, that those prompts are not showing in any of the Copilots across the whole tenant.
     
    Isnt there any way to manually uninstall or reset Copilot fully?
