Modifying a User Name

I have a user who recently got married so her username (which is her first name and last initial) has changed. We use active directory for our users so I'm wondering if I can just change that last initial on the username for her CRM account.

Would modifying her CRM user account (instead of creating a new one) cause any problems? I would prefer all her CRM data to only be connected to one account rather than two.

    Hi..

If you only want to change the display name for the user in CRM  then you can easily go to  Settings in CRM >> Administration >> Users >. and Change the First and Last name ..

If I am missing anything then please explain the issue in detail.

    thanks,
