Hello CRM Experts!

I'm having a really difficult time uninstalling a managed solution that I do not need or want. It doesn't appear to have any issues - it just takes forever to think and doesn't actually uninstall the solution. Has anyone experienced this? How long should this normally take? What were your next steps when the uninstall "got stuck"?

I have a similar problem - CRM Online - but after a long, long time I get the "SQL Timed Out" error. I've currently got a support ticket logged with Microsoft about it, will let you know if they are able to resolve it.

I've tried clearing cache and using different browsers like Robin suggested, but that hasn't worked for me.

Hi Jackie,

I had this issue as well in CRM online, and when a colleague tried it: he got error messages! try clearing your browser chache or working with a different browser and see if you can get the error, because If it takes forever to load, there probably is a dependency left somewhere!

Hi Jackie

Is this issue occuring on-prem or online? If its on onprem can you try enabling tracing to see whats happening?

Sometimes Managed Solutions wont uninstall due to dependencies, but since you havent had an error message it will be difficult to track the dependency, so the tracing will help.
