System doesn't create 2 work ID's

I have 2 license plates on stock which same item code and batch code. License plate A (3000 pieces) and License plate B (3000 pieces). Both license plates are on the same location.

I have a batch order for 4896 pieces for this item. I expect the system will create 2 work ID's to pick both license plates. However the system creates 1 work ID to pick 4896 pieces. How to setup the system so I got 2 license plates? Please help!

    Hi Sagar,

    It is raw material picking for production order / batch order. The box 'Allow split' is YES in location directive setup for Raw material picking.
