Subcomponents (fields) coming over thru a Solution

Hello,

Currently, I notice that some subcomponents (fields) not in my solution in Environment 1 displayed in other environment 2 after importing the solution. I only had one custom field in my solution along with views. Has anyone seen that before?

Hello Jose,

During adding your components what option you have selected ? yes or no?

if you have selected as yes then system will add other components which are used with your component automatically.

if you have selected as no then it will only add the components which you have selected.

Hello,

I am aware of that option. I am clicking no. My team members solution brought over fields not included solution in Dev. I did notice that she enabled duplicate detection for the entity. I don't think that could of caused it importing the solution in a different environment. I never seen that before.
