Hi guys,

does anyone have sample (blog or reference) how to create Drill through from Power BI Embedded report?

So the plan is, at some table showing in Power BI embedded in F&O, at some column, if we click it will open F&O form. Lets say if it is balance amount, when we click, it will open customer invoices form (filtered by the current tow customer number)

I found one report called FinancialInsight, however it seems to advance and I don't have a clue where to start.

Look at class 'FinancialInsightsBIReportsHandler' you will get some idea. I tried on couple of columns in custom report.

Hi Tony Zhong,

Are you talking about cross report drillthrough for Power BI embedded?

I don't think it is available.

Hi Blue,

I think it can, as Ajit mentioned as well. And I find the same : Financial Insight, it's a power BI report that able to drill through and open F&O form.

Another sample is Project Manager : ProjPracticeManagerBIReportHandler, which in my 1st look, is more simple than Financial Insight.
