I want to use the following batch job (see image 1) to automatically send collection letters to customers' email addresses. The client also wants to include an email message (email body) in the emails sent when the batch job has run (not only attachemnet). I hope and believe that there should be a standard solution for this that doesn't require development. Consider, for example,whether you can utilize the organization's email template in any manner (as depicted in image 2)? However, I haven't found any good documentation regarding this in connection with the batch job. Has anyone successfully achieved this using standard tools? Or is development necessary? Image 1:
