How can I join TaxCode and TaxGroup tables?

Hi,

I have exported the following tables:  TaxCodeEntityStagin,  TaxCodeValueEntityStaging, TaxGroupEntityStaging (entities from D365: sales tax groups, sales tax codes, value etc.)

I need a table that lists code, the group it belongs to and the value. I'm having difficulty connecting the Code to the Group. How do I do that.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi agneum,

    There is relation between TaxCodeEntityStagin and TaxCodeValueEntityStaging based on

    TaxCodeValueEntityStaging.TaxcodeId == TaxCodeEntityStagin .TaxCode

    I don't see any relation with TaxGroupEntityStaging. What is your exact requirement here?

    Hi Agneum,

    According to the entity relations, it's TaxItemGroupEntityStaging.TaxCodeId = TaxCodeEntityStaging.TaxCode and TaxItemGroupEntityStaging.DataAreaId = TaxCodeEntityStaging.DataAreaId

    The thing is, I cannot find this table "TaxItemGroupEntityStaging" in the list of entities:

    When I filter entities I can only find this one (TaxItemGroupHeadingStaging):

    Hi agneum,

    You may need to refresh the entity list from Data management - Parameters form. By the way, which version are you using?

    Hi ageneum,

    What do you want to do with the exported tax data?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Rates change on monthly basis and we want an easy way to export the data so that we can easily identify changes in rates and update across hundreds of sales tax groups. Ideally also adjust in bulk to D365.
