Opportunity form not opening after upgrade from Dynamics 2016 to Dynamics 365

Hello Team,

We are unable to open OOB opportunity form after upgrading from MSCRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 (online). We are facing with the below popup . PackageError.JPG

Downloading log file didn't give any information other than that a generic error occurred. Being an online environment we couldn't trace it any further. Is creating another form and replicating all the work done on OOB form the only solution?

    Hi Sravan,

As Mihir said check in different browsers and check with clearing cache as well.

Replicating the OOB form will help, there is another option to get back the old form without much effort.

If you have another instance for your organization like Sandbox / Production where this issue is not occurring then follow below steps

    1. Create a new solution

    2. Add opportunity main form.( The one which you need)

    3. Push the solution to you upgraded instance.

By performing the above steps will restore back the form.

    Regards,

    Nitin

Did you try in a different browser?

    Try IE or Chrome browser.
