Word Templates not printing selected fields

Hello, I am working modifying a the PO Purchase Order Blank form. We have their RW PO package which incudes both the L/N field and the Required Date field.

When I go into the PO Word Template and look at the field list, both fields are there and both fields are on the template. When I print an PO (which has both line numbers and required dates for each item), the Standard RW report prints the information but the Word Template does not.

I am at a loss to explain it prints all fields except those two fields.

Any thoughts?

Thanks Angel, I had seen this article in researching my issue. Which by the way is resolved. I went back to RW and found the Required Date in several other tables. Added them to the RW did the whole XML thing etc and now it works. I also removed the fields for L/N and then added it back in. And it worked. Still very frustrating. Thanks/

Carol, I am having the same condition, no wonder what I do, vendor item number and another calculated field is not going to prints in word template, they are printing fine on standard report. :(
