I need to add a subgrid/view to the accounts page that shows all the marketing lists or campaigns that the account is a member of
I thought it would be a piece of cake but now I don’t see how to do it.
(The idea is that we send a catalog to customers and wants to know which customers who have received which catalog and have subsequently made purchases)
Do anyone have any suggestions?

I created a system view for the marketing list entity with the account field containing data, then added a sub grid to the account record with the source of only related records and it worked

You can insert Marketing List subgrid in Account entity form. Please navigate to Account form -> Move to Insert tab -> move to Quick View Form. Pls refer below image.
