Our company is registered for GP10 EFT for receivables, but whene I try to setup I don't see those like Use EFT numbers, File formate or Based on Customer options. I checked under Tools - Setup - System - Registration window shows that the box is marked. I also looked under transactions - sales and Generate EFT file option is not listed either. Can someone tell me why I am not seeing those options.

If you go to Add/Remove programs and select Microsoft Dynamics and then Change, you will need to install EFT for Receivables.
