Opening a Support Ticket

I need to open a support ticket but there is apparently a problem with our company set up in Power Platform admin so I am unable to do so. How can I get someone to help with this? There isn't a number to call and i can't submit a ticket. I sent an e-mail but was told to open a ticket which I can't do. My reseller is in the same boat as I am on this.

Hi, I think you should select this customer in Partner Center and submit in it.
